A youth movement grounded in community.

P.A.N.T.A.Y (Pagkakapantay-pantay, Adhikain, Nagkakaisang Komunidad, Tiwala, Aksyon, at Yakap sa Karapatan) Foundation was established by youth leaders from Manuel G. Araullo High School, educators, and community volunteers in response to the need for stronger human rights awareness and civic engagement among Filipino youth.
